- The shin guards aren't sized in ages but in height so, without knowing the height of the wearer, we cannot be exact as to whether it would be suitable. The height ranges suitable for the different sizes of these are as listed below: XL - 180 to 200cm (5'11 to 6'7") L - 160 to 180cm (5'3" to 5'11") M - 140 to 160cm (4'7" to 5'3") S - 120 to 140cm (4'1" to 4'7") XS - Under 120cm (3'4" to 4'1").
