The induction hob is designed with a Super Zone, conveniently positioned at the front of the hob for larger pots and pans which helps to deliver perfectly even cooking results. Pan detection technology ensures each zone will only get hot when it senses a pot has been placed on top. Additionally utilise the Rapid Boil function to get a boost of heat when needed. Rapid Boil - Need a boost of heat, use Rapid Boil. This setting is not just great for boiling pasta, it's ideal for searing steaks and flash frying seafood. After being activated for 5 minutes, the temperature will automatically reduce back to a low simmer.
