Description
The Vango Skye Air 500 is a 5-man tunnel tent which provides a fantastic space to weight ratio. Using the Airbeam AirSpeed System the Skye can be easily pitched in a matter of minutes. The tent uses Vango's highly waterproof Sentinel Active fabric and includes great features such as a linked-in groundsheet for easy cleaning, inner tent pockets for storage and lantern loops. The Skye Air 500 is perfect for campers who need a tent that is small in pack size but provides plenty of living space.
Vango AirBeam® technology ensures your tent is pitched within a matter of minutes, creating a strong and rigid structure allowing you peace of mind and more time to enjoy your holiday (Supplied with AirBeam® pump).
The 70 denier polyester flysheet, at 3000mm HH, is highly waterproof, durable and lightweight. All seams on the flysheet and groundsheet are factory taped, giving a waterproof seal.
The Vango Tension Band System ensures the tent performs in adverse conditions, especially in strong, changeable winds. When tensioned, the bands brace the pole at 3 points and reduce sideways movement. The TBS bands can be stowed away in calm weather.
The Vango Lights-Out inner fabric helps block out the early morning light. It is also highly breathable to allow condensation to pass through for a comfortable night's sleep.
