With 3D PlanetaryMixing – the beater, whisk or kneading attachment imitates what you would have to do if you were mixing/kneading by hand, whilst bringing all the ingredients together, it is perfectly mixed and ensures nothing is left behind.
- You can't tell the ideal bowl by it's size only. For best results, the inner shape of a bowl and the tools are aligned with each other. The high-quality stainless steel bowl is suitable for small amounts as well as for easy processing of up to 2.4 kg of cake mixture and 1.7 kg of yeast dough.
