Croquet originated in France in the fourteenth century. Ideally you need about 14 x 17.5 metres for a full size playing area, The game can be played by 2 to 6 players The object of the game is to advance the balls around the lawn by hitting them with a mallet, scoring a point for each hoop made in the correct order and direction. Includes 6 mallets (15x5.5cm) and handles (79x2cm), 6 hard PE plastic balls (7cm), 2 target sticks, 10 hoops (23x17cm), 1 cotton bag, rules and instructions.
The game can be played as singles, by 2 players or doubles with 4 players or triples with 6 players.
