The Tala cooks blow torch is ideal for creme brulees, caramelised sugar, skinned peppers and lemon meringue pies. The temperature for the blowtorch is 1300C / 2450F. The burning time is between 45 - 60 minutes, making it perfect for everyday use. The volume is 22ml Butane. Use only purified clean Butane.
